Key Dates/Fees

There are four application deadlines a year for The Blueprint. These are the dates for 2024:

• midday on Thursday 7 March 2024
• midday on Thursday 6 June 2024
• midday on Thursday 5 September 2024
• midday on Thursday 5 December 2024

From Monday 1 April 2024, in addition to the application fee (refundable if unsuccessful) all organisations applying for The Blueprint will be charged a non-refundable administration fee of £1200.00 (excl. VAT) to cover the cost of the judges’ time (this was previously, stupidly, covered by The Blueprint).

Agencies’ Application & Renewal Fees

Successful agencies pay fees based on their annual income as well as a renewal fee after 12 months. The fees from Monday 1 April 2024 are:

• Income up to £1m = £625 (£125 renewal)
• £1m to £5m = £2250 (£550 renewal)
• £5m to £15m = £5000 (£800 renewal)
• £15m+ = £8000 (£1500 renewal)

In-house Comms Teams’ and Comms Organisations’ Application & Renewal Fees

Successful in-house comms teams and comms organisations pay fees based on the sector they work in and the size of their team/number of staff as well as a renewal fee after twelve months. The fees from Monday 1 April 2024 are:
